At SoFai Abayas, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

• Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
• Orders cannot be canceled after the 48-hour window has passed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

• To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone with their order details.
• Cancellations will only be processed if the request is made within the allowed timeframe.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved within the 48-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

• Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or customized cannot be canceled.
• Pre-order or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

5. Changes to Orders

• If customers wish to modify their order instead of canceling it, they must contact customer service within the 48-hour period.
• Once an order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
